¿Quiénes son los tres arcángeles?
Los tres arcángeles que honra la Iglesia por sus nombres son San Miguel, San Gabriel y San Rafael. Son los únicos tres ángeles que tienen nombre en las Sagradas Escrituras. La fiesta de los tres Arcángeles es el 29 de septiembre. En el calendario litúrgico tradicional, esa fecha era la fiesta de San Miguel Arcángel; la de San Gabriel era el 24 de marzo (el día previo a la Anunciación) y la de San Rafael, el 24 de octubre. Las comunidades que mantienen la forma extraordinaria del rito romano celebran a cada arcángel en su día.

Who are the three archangels?
The three archangels honored by the Church by name are Saint Michael, Saint Gabriel, and Saint Raphael. They are the only three angels named in the Holy Scriptures. The feast of the three archangels is September 29. In the traditional liturgical calendar, that date was the feast of Saint Michael the Archangel; that of Saint Gabriel was March 24 (the day before the Annunciation), and that of Saint Raphael was October 24. Communities that maintain the extraordinary form of the Roman rite celebrate each archangel on their respective day.
